Trading Plastics offer a FREE delivery service on all orders over £100. Any orders under £100 will incur a £6.99 delivery charge. Delivery times should be within 2 – 5 working days from the date of your payment being received. Please be advised, that delivery dates given are as a guideline only. No deliveries will be made on weekends or bank holidays. Check items are received in good condition and that all items have been received as per your order. Sign the delivery note confirming this. Should there be any discrepancy with regards to the condition of the items delivered, please contact us within 48 hours so as we can work towards rectifying the problem.

All building plastic materials must be stored on a flat surface out of direct sunlight and in their original packaging in order to avoid scratches. Trading Plastics cannot be held responsible for damaged products due to products not being stored correctly. It is the sole responsibility of you (the customer) to ensure all products are stored correctly.
