The Terms & Conditions set out by Trading Plastics represent a legally binding contract between ourselves, the suppliers and you, our clients.

All orders placed by you are based on these Terms & Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us upon delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us. Each time an order is placed with us, Trading Plastics through our website or directly with us, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions stated.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made would take effect on the date they are posted on our website.

Delivery/Time Schedule

Our white product range will have an expected delivery time of 2 – 5 working days. Our foiled product range, please expect a minimum of 2 – 10 working days.

For any reason we are experiencing stock issues on a certain product, we will notify our customers with in 24 hours of your order being placed. Enquires to be sent to customersupport@tradingplastics.co.uk

Important to note, when receiving your order, you must ensure you have checked the goods before signing the delivery note. If for any reason you are not present at the time of the delivery you must ensure at the checkout that you have put delivery instructions on with the order. If we make an attempt to deliver and none are available, we will attempt a phone call. Failing that you will incur a delivery charge for a re-deliver, £6.99. As a precautionary measure it is advisable that you do not book tradespeople to site until all goods are received in full. This will prevent extra costs to yourself if in the unfortunate event, items are incorrectly ordered, dispatched damaged. These Standard Terms and Conditions apply to Trading Plastics Ltd, whose principal place of business is Trading Plastics Ltd, Create Business Hub, 5 Rayleigh Road, Shenfield, Brentwood, Essex CM13 1AB.

Payments

Where a purchaser has ordered goods and the company Trading Plastics Ltd have incurred costs in relation to the order, the purchaser is not permitted to cancel or alter the order and is liable to pay in full for the goods ordered and the cost incurred to Trading Plastics Ltd.

Offer and Acceptance

On receipt of your order we will class a signature and an on line payment as acceptance of your contract with Trading Plastics Ltd. In the event of any disputes, please make contact with us at customersupport@tradingplastics.co.uk We will aim to get back to you within 72 hours to resolve the issue.
